US vehicle sales data will be out so watchout F, GM, TSLA. Chicago PMI will be out at 9.45 am EST. Chinese stock will be in focus on Tuesday because of PMI manufacturing data. Solar and Coal industry could be big runner or loser based on the number. China PMI above 50 will be positive for WLT, CLF, FSLR, RGSE.
