The Partnership expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 525,000 additional Common Units. The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, including any net proceeds from the underwriters' exercise of their option to purchase additional common units, to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility. La-Z-Boy (NYSE: LZB) 3.7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.38, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $374.94 million versus the consensus estimate of $379.13 million. Consolidated operating income for the fiscal 2015 fourth quarter increased 31% to $29.6 million, with the consolidated operating margin increasing to 7.9% from 6.4% in the fiscal 2014 fourth quarter.
Arena Pharma (NASDAQ: ARNA) 2.3% LOWER; announced that Robert E. Hoffman, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the company after nearly 18 years of service to pursue another opportunity in the biotechnology industry. Mr. Hoffman is expected to remain in his current role at Arena until July 10, 2015.

Adobe Systems (NASDAQ: ADBE) 1.6% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.48, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.16 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.16 billion. Adobe sees Q3 digital media revenue up sequentially and at $2.925 billion by the end of FY15. The company also sees marketing cloud revenue up 21 percent year-over-year. Adobe now sees FY15 revenue of $4.845 billion, from prior expectations of $4.925 billion. The company sees an $80 million impact on foreign exchange.
